Understanding & commitment to the principles of duty of care, and rights to privacy and confidentiality.​
Flexible availability
Comfortable to use own vehicle for transportation services (travel allowances are available)
Knowledge & experience supporting participants with a physical disability or mental health.
We are responsible for delivering a range of support to our participants which include:
Household tasks
Meal preparation and assisting with eating & drinking
Enabling mobility, including moving & handling transfers, hoists, and wheelchairs.
Social Support & transportation
Respite Care​
Autism Care​

Babysitting
Support and respect participants routine
Reporting & recording as per company’s procedure at all times,
Adhering to company’s policies & procedures
Supporting our participants to make decisions & have choices
Supporting our participants achieve their goals
